These fish cakes are the perfect mid week meal. They are so easy to make and the whole family will love them! They go greatĀ alongside a fresh salad for a light and tasty meal.


  • 150g fish of your choice
  • 3 spring onions, chopped finely
  • Lemon juice to taste
  • Taragon (optional)


  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir to combine (if you prefer a smoother fish cake, add the ingredients to a blender instead)
  2. Take handfuls of the fish mixture, roll into balls and flatten slightly
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish cakes until golden brown, flipping half way through to cook on both sides
