roasted broccoliThis is a really delicious way to serve broccoli, sure to get even the most resistant broccoli eaters to gobble it up!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head broccoli
  • 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed

Method

  1. Cut broccoli into florets
  2. Toss in the oil and stir in the garlic
  3. Put into an oven proof dish and roast in the oven at 180C for 15 mins, or until the broccoli is soft enough to pierce the stems with a fork
