This is a really delicious way to serve broccoli, sure to get even the most resistant broccoli eaters to gobble it up!
- 1/2 head broccoli
- 1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
- Cut broccoli into florets
- Toss in the oil and stir in the garlic
- Put into an oven proof dish and roast in the oven at 180C for 15 mins, or until the broccoli is soft enough to pierce the stems with a fork
