garlic lemon dressingThis is a delicious dressing, perfect for any salad. You can also try it on chicken or fish for a mild, fresh sauce. Try adding some fresh herbs for extra flavour; rosemary, basil or thyme would work really well. This recipe makes at least 3 servings. I usually make it and store it in an empty jar in the fridge. It should last 3-4 days.


  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1tbsp lemon juice
  • 3tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  1. Combine all ingredients in an empty jar, and shake well.
